Our Goal
The RTG Foundation is looking to fill the gap within the pay-to-play soccer system in regards to equity and inclusion for all youth soccer players! We are aware that there is a lack of opportunity in the lower income areas and we are seeking funds to allow children the same opportunity to learn, grow and have their life changed through the art of goalkeeping.
With the funds raised, the RTG Foundation will be able to give recipients free goalkeeper training (1:1 lessons, small group sessions, summer camps, etc..), funds to use at college (buy books, school supplies, etc..) and funds to use locally to ensure they are set up for success (cleats, gloves, goalkeeper gear, etc..) when playing their position.
The RTG Foundation is being created to bring joy, hope and inspiration to all those who cross paths with the foundation!

Soccer changed Ryan’s life, offering opportunities to pursue his dreams and connect with people from diverse backgrounds, expanding his horizons and supporting his family.
Our mission is to address the lack of opportunities in low-income neighborhoods through mentorship and training, focusing on the goalkeeping and soccer community. Our passion and purpose are to make a positive impact, providing the crucial opportunity and confidence needed to realize dreams. We are a dedicated team that enjoys developing young boys and girls, guiding them to become future leaders, both on and off the field.

Our Pledge
We pledge to provide mentorship programs for career guidance and life lessons, offer free training programs for goalkeepers, grant scholarships for educational support including books, clothes, and food, supply free equipment such as gloves, cleats and uniforms to goalkeepers, and organize international trips to offer training and mentorship opportunities to those in need.
